CANCELLATION POLICY (Applicable to transfers and private hire):
If the service is cancelled more than 30 days in advance you will get a full refund.
If the service is cancelled by yourselves within 72 hours prior to services we will charge the full 100% of the quoted price
If the client does not appear (NO SHOW) we will charge the full 100% of the quoted price.
If the service is cancelled 7-30 days in advance then we charge 50% of the quoted price.
